Addendum to the Habitats Regulations Assessment In July 2018, the draft Wiltshire Housing Site Allocations Plan, along with a Schedule of Proposed Changes and supporting evidence, was submitted to the Secretary of State for independent examination. Planning Inspector, Steven Lee BA (Hons) MA MRTPI was subsequently appointed to undertake the examination. Between September 2018 and January 2019, the Council held consultations on the Schedule of Proposed Changes to the Plan, along with the revised Sustainability Appraisal, update to the Habitats Regulations Assessment Addendum, and associated evidence documents. All comments received were sent to the Inspector for his consideration. Examination Hearing Sessions were held In April 2019. Following the close of the sessions, the Inspector wrote to the Council on 10 June 2019 with his post hearing findings and advice on the need for Further Main Modifications to make the Plan sound. Wiltshire Council is consulting on a Schedule of Further Main Modifications (FMMs) to the draft Wiltshire Housing Site Allocations Plan from 9am Thursday 12 September until 5pm, Friday 25 October 2019. The FMMs relate to material that has been examined to date by the Inspector. The Schedule of FMMs has been subject to further Sustainability Appraisal and Habitats Regulations Assessment and revisions made to those documents resulting from the FMMs are also made available for consultation.
In addition to the FMMs, the Schedule contains two Appendices that address additional minor changes to the draft Plan. These minor changes are not considered to be Further Main Modifications and hence do not relate to matters of soundness. However, in the interests of clarity and completeness, comments are also invited on these Appendices.

How to submit comments
A guidance note on the consultation is available at the above locations. Comments are only invited on the 'soundness' and legal compliance of the FMMs. For completeness, comments are also invited on the Revised Sustainability Appraisal, the updated Addendum to the Habitats Regulations Assessment and the minor changes (i.e. changes that do not affect the soundness of the draft Plan) which are set out in the Appendix 1 (minor corrections to the site boundaries of three allocations) and Appendix 2 (Additional Modifications) to the Schedule of FMMs. Comments on these documents should not repeat any previous representations that you have made during the preparation and examination of the draft Wiltshire Housing Site Allocations Plan consultations, as these have already been sent to the Inspector. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) C300, Sedgehill and Semley; from its junction with C299 to its junction with C61 to enable Tarmac to carry out carriageway resurfacing and associated maintenance works. Alternative route: via C61 - C298 - C43 - C296 - A350 - C62 - C299 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 09 October 2019 and the closure will be required daily between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 until 15 October 2019. B) C306 (Part), East Knoyle; from its junction with Touchorne Lane to its junction with Sutton bottom to enable Ringway to carry out drainage repairs. Alternative route: via Sutton Bottom - C305 - Touchorne Lane and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 07 October 2019 and the closure will be required daily between the hours of 08:00 and 16:30 until 11 October 2019. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: C) Tisbury Row (Part), Tisbury; from its junction with Court Street for a distance of approximately 400 metres in a southerly direction to enable Wessex Water to repair main hole cover and frame. Alternative route: via Tisbury Row (unaffected length) - Jobbers Lane - Station Road - The Avenue -Court Street and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 16 September 2019 and the closure will be required daily until 17 September 2019. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. likely due to the nature of the works.
