The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 04/07/2019 quoting the reference number. Notice is hereby given that the footpath created in the above order has been certified as acceptable by Wiltshire Council and became a footpath maintainable at public expense from 23 May 2019.

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to: Temporarily close to all vehicles, Pedestrians and Equestrians: a) Byway 10 (Part), Durrington; from its junction with Fargo Road to its junction with Byway 12, Amesbury/A344. b) Byway 12 (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with Byway 10, Durrington/crossing the A344 over to its junction with A303 (T). c) Byway 12 (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with A303 (T) in a southerly direction to its junction with Byway 1, Wilsford cum Lake. d) Byway 1 (Part), Wilsford cum Lake; from its junction with Byway 12, Amesbury to its junction with Byway 11, Berwick St James. e) Byway 11 (Part), Berwick St James; from its junction with Byway 1, Wilsford cum Lake to its junction with Byway 16, Woodford. f) Byway 16 (Part), Woodford; from its junction with Byway 11, Berwick St James to its junction with A360, Druids Lodge. g) Byway 11 (Part), Amesbury; from its junction with A303 (T) in a southerly direction to its junction with Byway 2, Wilsford cum Lake. h) Byway 2, (Part), Wilsford cum Lake; from its junction with Byway 11, Amesbury to its junction with Footpath 3 at Springbottom Farm, Wilsford cum Lake. i) Fargo Road, From its Junction with the A345 to a point 300m North at Woodhenge. j) Footpath 4, Durrington, From its Junction with the A345, to its Junction with Fargo Road. And to introduce a temporary No Waiting at Any Time restriction on the following lengths of road: k) A360 (Part) Winterbourne Stoke; from its junction with A303 Longbarrow Roundabout to its junction with A344 (Airman's Corner). l) A360 (Part) Winterbourne Stoke; from its junction with A344 (Airman's Corner) in a westerly direction towards Shrewton for a distance of approximately 1 kilometre. m) B3086 (Part) Winterbourne Stoke/Shrewton; from its junction with A360/A344 (Airman's Corner) in a northerly direction to its junction with The Packway (Rollestone Crossroads). n) Fargo Road, From its Junction with the A345 to a point 300m North at Woodhenge. o) C42, Stonehenge Road, from its junction with West Amesbury Road to the A303. These Orders are made to ensure public safety during the period of the Solstice celebration at Stonehenge. Sections (a) to (j) will come into operation at 00:01 on Monday 17 June 2019 and will remain in force until 23:00 on Sunday 23 June 2019. Sections (k) - (o) will come into operation at 06:00 on Thursday 20 June 2019 and will remain in force until 12 noon on Saturday 22 June 2019. The Orders for sections (a) - (j) will have a maximum duration of six months. The Order for sections (k) - (o) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) High Street (Part), Ansty; from its junction with Yule Hill to its junction with Blind Lane to enable Textureblastto carry out carriageway retexturing. Alternative route: via High Street (unaffected length) -A30 - Rookery Lane - Yule Hill and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 09 July 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for one day. B) C12 (Part), Ebbesborne Wake and Broad Chalke; from its junction with Fovant Road to its junction with Knapp Hill to enable Textureblast to carry out carriageway retexturing. Alternative route: Via C12 (unaffected length) - C320 - A3094 -Salisbury Road - A30 -C64 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 12 July 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for one day. C) Squalls Lane (Part), Tisbury; from its junction with Jobbers Lane to its junction with Yule Hill; D) Yule Hill, Tisbury and Swallowcliffe; from its junction with Squalls Lane to its junction with Rookery Lane; E) Rookery Lane, Swallowcliffe; from its junction with Yule Hill for a distance of approximately 500 metres in a easterly direction to enable Textureblast to carry out carriageway retexturing. Alternative route: Rookery Lane (unaffected length) -A30 - High Street - C276 - Chicksgrove Road - Tisbury Row and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 12 July 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 for one day. F) Station Road, Tisbury; from its junction with The Avenue to its junction with Jobbers Lane; G) Jobbers Lane, Tisbury; from its junction with Station Road to its junction with Tisbury Row to enable Textureblast to carry out carriageway retexturing. Alternative route: via Tisbury Row - Court Street - The Avenue and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 11 July 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 00:00 until 12 July 2019. H) B3083 (Part), Winterbourne Stoke; from its junction with A303 to its junction with The Common to enable Textureblast to carry out carriageway retexturing. Alternative route: via B3083 (unaffected length) - A360 - A303 and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 10 July 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for one day. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: I) Manor Road (Part), Idmiston; from its junction with Gomeldon Road for a distance of approximately 35 metres in a westerly direction to enable Openreach to access cabling to customers out of service. Alternative route: via Manor Road (unaffected length) - Gomeldon Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 18 June 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 21:00 and 06:00 until 19 June 2019. For further information please contact A-Plant Lux traffic control (On behalf of Openreach) on 03700500792. Orders (a) to (i) will have a maximum duration of 18 months. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works.
