Regulation 25: Further information respecting an Environmental Statement

I give notice that further information is available in relation to an Environmental Statement which has already been provided. On 11th December 2017, Earthline Ltd made an application for planning permission (Reference Number 17/12064/WCM) to Wiltshire Council for: Sand and gravel extraction followed by selective infill with inert materials with restoration to ecological, fishing and public amenity lakes, and agriculture at Wheatleys Farm, High Road, Ashton Keynes, Wiltshire. The further information provided in relation to the Environmental Statement (ES) is:

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to: Temporarily close to all Vehicles: (except residents displaying a valid permit) a) High Street, Avebury (including High Street Spur) - the complete length. Parking permits for residents parking only are issued by Avebury Parish Council and must be clearly displayed at all times. This Order is made to ensure public safety during the period of the Avebury Summer Solstice. Section (a) will come into operation at 06:00 on 20th June 2019 and will remain in force until 12:00 noon on 22nd June 2019. Sections (b) - (p) will come into operation at 06:00 on 19th June 2019 and will remain in force until 12 noon on 22nd June 2019. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months. Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all vehicular traffic: a) High Street (Part), Chippenham; from a point level with the traffic gate barrier to its junction with Market Place; b) Market Place (Part), Chippenham; from its junction with High Street to its junction with St. Mary Street. These temporary traffic measures are required to safeguard members of the public and competitors whilst enabling the Chippenham "Longest Day 10K" Event to take place. This Order will come into operation on Wednesday 19th June 2019 with the exception of vehicles officially involved in the marathon, vehicles being used for ambulance, police or fire brigade purposes, or the purpose of a statutory undertaker in an emergency, or with permission being given by a Police Constable in uniform or a Community Safety (CSAS) accredited marshal. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: A) C74 (Part), Little Bedwyn; from its junction with A4 for a distance of approximately 1200 metres in a south easterly direction to enable Textureblast to carry out carriageway retexturing. Alternative route: via A4 - C74 (unaffected length) and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 08 July 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 07:00 and 19:00 for one day. This Order will come into operation on 08 July 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 for one day. Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made Orders to close temporarily to all traffic: E) B4069 (Part), Chippenham and Langley Burrell; from its junction with Hill Corner Road for a distance of approximately 375 metres in a northerly direction to enable Montel to carry out carriageway resurfacing works at Parsonage Way junction. Alternative route: via B4069 (unaffected length) - A350 - B4158 Malmesbury Road and vice versa. This Order will come into operation on 18 June 2019 and the closure will be required between the hours of 19:00 and 06:00 until 21 June 2019. The closures and diversion routes will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions.
