I give notice that further information is available in relation to an Environmental Statement which has already been provided. HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 WILTSHIRE COUNCIL The Wiltshire Council Bromham 1 (part) Diversion Order 2019 Bromham 60 (part) Extinguishment Order 2019and Definitive Map and Statement Modification Order 2019

Notice is hereby given that the footpath created in the above order has been certified as acceptable by Wiltshire Council and became a footpath maintainable at public expense from 8 May 2019.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: a) Easton Lane (Part), Chippenham; from its junction with B4528 Saltersford Lane in a south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 450m; b) Easton Lane (Part), Chippenham; from a point approximately 450m southwest of its junction with B4528 Saltersford Lane in a south-westerly direction for a distance of approximately 80m; c) Unclassified Footpath, Chippenham; from its junction with Methuen Park to its junction with Easton Lane to enable Bloor Homes to undertake highway improvement works as part of housing development. Alternative route: via B4528 Saltersford Lane -A4 Bath Road - C159 The Chequers - Easton Lane (unaffected length) and vice versa. The closures and diversion route will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This Order which previously came into operation on 19 March 2018 will now recommence on 15 June 2019 and required until 19 September 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. Access will be maintained for residents and businesses where possible, although delays are likely due to the nature of the works. The Order has a maximum duration of 18 months. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to temporarily introduce a 30mph speed restriction on the following length of road: A3102 (Part), Tockenham and Royal Wotton Bassett; from a point approximately 422 metres west of its junction with the Trow Lane to a point approximately 344 metres east of its junction with the Primrose Hill to enable Ringway to carry out kerbing work and associated maintenance works. The speed limit restriction will be clearly indicated by traffic signs. This speed limit restriction will come into operation on 10 June 2019 and will be required until 02 July 2019. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated duration to complete depending upon weather conditions. (Previously advertised as 2018) Notice is hereby given that on 28 May 2019 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to revoke The County of Wiltshire (Various Roads, Parishes of Worton and Marston) (Restricted Roads) Order 2002 and The County of Wiltshire (C20 High Street, Worton) (30mph Speed Limit) Order 2015 and re-enact them, in part, in

the above Order 1 and to introduce a 40mph speed limit on Seend Road - from its junction with Mill Road for a distance of 530 metres in a north westerly direction; High Street - from its junction with Mill Road for a distance of 66 metres in a south easterly direction; Mill Road - from its junction with Seend Road and High Street for a distance of 31 metres in a south westerly direction. A copy of the Orders and plans may be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council, County Hall, Trowbridge during normal office hours. Any person aggrieved by the Orders and desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained in the Orders on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
