BATES Carol Ann 13/06/1944 - 14/09/2020 It is with great sadness that the family announce the death of Carol following a short illness. Carol was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She will be greatly missed by her husband Trevor, her sons Richard and Paul, their partners Kerry and Emma and grandchildren Hollie, Thomas, Megan and Rose. Donations to Dorothy House Hospice would be greatly appreciated, sent either directly or via F.W. Jones, 30 Marketplace Chippenham.

Nearly 60 years have passed since leaving Chippenham Grammar School, but it is still very saddening to learn that one of our classmates from those happy times is no longer with us. Rest In Peace Carol, and I offer my sincere condolences to her family and friends.
