Dr JOHN BARTER On 16 August, at home, Dr John Barter passed away peacefully. He was much loved by his father Russell, wife Judith, children Isabel and Charles, and grandchildren Alice, Nicholas and Joshua. There will be a private family cremation, with a memorial service when circumstances allow. No flowers please. Should friends wish, contributions could be made to Dorothy House (https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/dr-john-barter), which provided unceasing support.
