COOK Duncan On 26th August 2019 at home, aged 76 years. Beloved husband of Denise, loving father to Rikki and Yvonne, Grampy to Emma, Nathan and Grace. Great Grampy to Edward. Funeral service 1.00pm on Saturday 7th September at West Wiltshire Crematoirum, Semington. Family flowers only, donations for MIND and The British Lung Foundation.
