PHILLIPS Colin Ivan Passed away peacefully at home on 18th March 2019, aged 78 years surrounded by his family. Much loved husband of Vida and father of Sandra, Julie and devoted Grandfather. Funeral service to be held at St Johns Church Devizes on Friday 12th April at 3.15pm. Family flowers only, donations if desired to British Lung foundation (Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibroses) c/o John Stuart.
