PERKINS John (Dick) sadly passed away on Tuesday 11th September 2018 aged 92. A loving Dad and Grampy will be missed by all his family and friends. Private family cremation followed by a Celebration of life service at St John's Church Devizes Friday 28th September 3pm, everyone welcome. Family flowers only any donations to British Heart Foundation
