MACK Eileen Former Nursing Officer at Savernake Hospital passed away at Great Western Hospital on 17th November 2017. She will be sorely missed by her husband John, her children Peter and Jane, her six grandchildren, Katie, Helen, Laura, Emily, Joseph and Hannah and her family and friends. The funeral will take place at Kingsdown Crematorium, Swindon on Thursday 7th December at 10.45am. Family flowers only.
