JAQUES Sidney Louis Albert 'Sid' Peacefully at the Great Western Hospital, Swindon, on 31st October 2017, aged 90 years. The first Chief Executive of the former Kennet District Council a position he held from 1974 until his retirement in 1986. Loving husband to Jill and father to Tony, Louise and Rachel; proud of his seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Service of Thanksgiving to be held at St. John the Baptist Parish Church, Devizes, on Monday 20th November at 1:00 pm.
