HART Win Peacefully at The Great Western Hospital on 15th September 2014, aged 94 years. Much loved mum and grandmother. The funeral service will be held at The West Wiltshire Crematorium on 7th October at 12.15pm. Family flowers only please with donations in memory of Win going to ‘The British Heart Foundation’ c/o E.
