YOUR correspondents John Boaler (‘How to fund rise?’) and James Saxton ( ‘MP is disgraceful’), (Gazette, December 14) might command more respect if they were open about being leading Labour activists in Calne.
Impersonating private citizens to spread party political propaganda is pretty poor, I’d say.
Mr Boaler opposes military spending, and Mr Saxton wanted me to support a Labour motion which would have had the effect of preventing Brexit.
Neither view is likely to endear their party to people in a defence-dominated and Brexit-favouring area like this.
Perhaps that is why they are so shy about it being known that they are in fact Labour Party activists.
