THE Connect2 Devizes Pewsey buses will be changing on February 1. The new timetables can be found at www.pewseycap.org.uk. Hard copies of the timetables are available by post or email from Wiltshire Council by contacting their enquiry line (01380) 860100 or email: Connect2@wiltshire.gov.uk From January 25 the timetables will be available on the Connect2 Wiltshire buses and from: Wiltshire Museum, Long Street; Wiltshire Council Office, Snuff Street; the library and the Crown Centre in Devizes; the Community Shop in All Cannings; the library; Heritage Centre; Post Office; Applecart café and Spar shop in Pewsey and Marr Green Farm Shop in Burbage.
The community’s Task Group has worked hard with Wiltshire Council to make the best of this opportunity. To survive the grim future of bus cuts the pilot of this semi-fixed route service across the Vale must prove itself over the next 18 to 24 months. We want these services to succeed.
