In your September 11 issue you published a letter in praise of the high standard of care at Avonmead Care Home. Well, they are not the only one.
My wife recently spent two weeks respite in The Firs Care Home in Calne whilst I was in hospital.
The care and attention she received there could not have been surpassed and I would like to thank the staff for their kindness.
