‘Spaceship’ is horrid
After seeing the letter of the week last week regarding the ‘carbuncle’ on top of the old barracks in Devizes. Why has this kind of horrific building error been allowed? You see it in so many areas.
Devizes is blessed with so much beautiful architecture. This is certainly a blot on the landscape.
When you see this beautiful old building restored to such a great standard then a space ship lands on top, it’s horrid!
Another sad building is the M&S building, but I’ll stop there.
