That's what I'd like to hang from the lamp-posts along Rotherstone and Avon Terrace. And in each one, place the body of a driver who races down there whilst chatting on their mobile. That's after I, a few other concerned residents and a length of 2 by 4 have pointed out the error of their ways.
Some might call this over-reaction. But not anyone who's been forced into the hedge on the cemetery chicane by one of these thoughtless gits.
