I cut myself whilst opening a tin of corned beef yesterday morning. Old fashioned one - with a key. Could I have had a more retro-wound without snagging myself on a Ronco Buttoneer? Thinking about it, I can't remember the last time that I heard of anyone 'getting caught' in a zip. Does it happen any more?
But they knew how to injure people back then. My finger might only have a tiny cut but I caught it on a coin when I was down the market this morning and now there's blood all over my bags for life.
Those were the days.
