Stuart Moore - 6.5
Didn't have too much to do, but did take the pressure off by claiming the occasional Carlisle cross.
Kyle Knoyle -7
Showed his neat feet on the right, also made some huge blocks and played through an ankle problem in the final stages.
Olly Lancashire -7
Solid return for the skipper who got a decent run out. Seemed to have the Carlisle frontline under control.
Ben Purkiss – 7
Brown backed the former Port Vale man over Rollin Menayese, and the Swindon man produced a polished performance at the back.
Chris Hussey – 7.5
Active as always down the left, was a little in consistent with his crossing but was an outlet for Town throughout.
Kellan Gordan – 6
Not too much to say about Gordon as he was substituted after a minute with a shoulder injury.
Ollie Banks – 7.5
One of the brighter performers from the fixture, confident with the ball at his feet but lacked a bit of conviction with his final ball and shot.
James Dunne – 6
Started well and mopped up any trouble in the middle of the park. However, in the second half he wasn’t the most involved, but did cover a lot of ground.
Matty Taylor – 7.5
Like Hussey, active throughout. The former Portsmouth man whipped in plenty of crosses but failed to land the telling blow.
Kaiyne Woolery – 6.5
Another display from the striker where he didn’t show enough of his capabilities. Was snuffed out by the vastly experienced Clint Hill.
Marc Richards – 7
A quiet outing for the veteran, who had a few chances to get on the scoresheet. Subbed.
Substitutes:
Donal McDermott – 7
Showed good enthusiasm and drive to beat his man, delivered well but faded in the second half after unexpected involvement.
Ryan McGivern – 6
Brought on late to provide a more physical defender at the back, after a tactical shuffle saw Ben Purkiss and Chris Hussey at the heart of defence.
Keshi Anderson – 6
A second half substitute. Alongside Woolery up top for Town and simply wasn’t aggressive or physical enough to take the game by the scuff of the neck.
Unused subs: Henry, Elsnik, Twine, Mulllin
