The Wiltshire Gazette and Herald:

ONE TO WATCH – Clint Hill

CLINT Hill’s experiences on and off the field make him a dangerous player for tomorrow’s visitors – Carlisle United.

The 39-year-old started life as a footballer at the bottom before working his way up to play under well-known manager Neil Warnock at Crystal Palace.

That move followed a five-year stint with then Championship side Stoke City.

After his stint at Palace, Hill re-joined Warnock at Queen’s Park Rangers – eventually earning the captain’s armband when Harry Redknapp took over in 2013.

Last year he proved a hero in the Old Firm draw when bagging a late equaliser for Rangers against arch-rivals Celtic.

He’s proven himself to deal with a big occasion and can be expected to cause Town problems.

KEY BATTLE – Matt Taylor v Gary Liddle

THE left is an area of the field Phil Brown has stated to be happy with.

It means Gary Liddle’s battle against Matt Taylor could be key in the game’s outcome, particularly given Taylor’s strong link-up with the returning Chris Hussey.
