President Widdows
Maurice Widdows from Cleeve Cloud is the new president of the Gloucestershire Golf Union.
Now 78, he started playing golf as a member of the Cotswold Hills Artisan section in 1953. When Cotswold Hills moved to Ullenwood he joined Cleeve Cloud.
Winchcombe-born he was treasurer for six years, captain 1988 and president from 1992-1995.
