BATH Rugby trio George Ford, Jonathan Joseph and Anthony Watson will all attempt to help England win a first Six Nations Grand Slam for 13 years after being retained in the side to play France on Saturday.

A try from winger Watson helped Eddie Jones’ side beat Wales 25-21 at Twickenham last weekend, with the win securing the championship title in the process.

Australian Jones will now look to win the Grand Slam in his first season in charge of England - and first for the Red Rose since 2003 - when they travel to the Stade de France this weekend.

Jones makes two changes to the side that beat Wales, with Mako Vunipola and Danny Care coming in for Joe Marler and Ben Youngs at loosehead prop and scrum-half respectively.

Fly-half Ford and outside centre Joseph keep their places, with Watson again named out wide.

Jones said: “While we are pleased to have already won the championship, we don’t want to let our foot off the gas.

“The objective has always been to win every game, to be the most dominant team in Europe, so it’s been very important to us to approach this week with the same level of intensity we have shown in previous weeks. I’m pleased with how we have prepared and with the focus the squad have shown.

“You can’t underestimate any team in Test match rugby. France are a dangerous team but we go to Paris full of confidence and a hunger to get the win.”
