OLLIE Devoto, Matt Garvey and Leroy Houston scooped a brace of accolades each at the Bath Rugby Annual Awards last night.

Matt Banahan, George Ford and Mat Gilbert also picked up gongs at the Pavilion in Bath.

Devoto added to his LV= Breakthrough award earlier in the season by being voted both the Most Improved Player, sponsored by Polamco, and Academy Player of the Season (Chepstow Plant Hire).

Gilbert, who has assisted both the Bath Rugby Community team and Bath Rugby Foundation, won the Community Player of the Year trophy (Herman Miller).

Banahan received his award for top try scorer (Getronics), having scored nine this season.

Fly-half Ford was recognised as the best back of the season (Wadworth), seeing off competition from Semesa Rokoduguni and Anthony Watson, while Houston took the award for best forward (The Baines Family) and also picked up the players' player accolade, sponsored by Novia.

Garvey's try in the LV= Cup pool stage game against Exeter Chiefs saw him take the Thatchers-supported try of the season, and he was voted Supporters' Player of the Season.

The Spirit of Rugby award, in association with Nine Feet Tall, went to the Bath Rugby Foundation's Jimmy Deane.

Nick Abendanon was presentated with his 200th cap by his parents.
