MARLBOROUGH continued their winning run with another convincing Dorset & Wilts One North triumph in Swindon.
Injuries and unavailability meant the visitors started without any recognised second row players.
However, the defence remained strong, with Marlborough’s rucking game and fitness also paying dividends.
Fly-half Russell Westcott had a superb day and his running led to him scoring five tries.
There were also scores for flankers Joe Mitchell and Jamie Cresswell, while regular scorers Liam Macdonald and Nick Clarke also got on the scoresheet.
Full back Nathan Morgan kicked seven conversions and an early penalty.
MARLBOROUGH’S Alfred’s Nomads team claimed their first Dorset & Wilts Three North win of the season on Saturday, defeating Melksham 3rd 29-20.
Tries from Will Turner and Bertie Bowerman helped them to seal the win.
