COLERNE dethroned Dorset & Wilts Two North leaders Bradford on Avon with a fine forwards effort.
With the visitors’ scrum under pressure, Andy Symington battered over for the first try, Jeremy Dicks adding the conversion.
A second score followed when Carl Ridehalgh powered his way over.
A penalty try got Bradford back into it, Dicks being sin-binned for a high tackle, but Michael Gardiner-Gatlow’s sublime chip and chase brought a third try for Colerne.
A Bradford penalty reduced arrears before half time and Colerne’s defence had to be at its best in the early stages of the second half.
They eventually managed another score when good hands across the backs allowed Scott Duncan to beat three defenders and wrap up victory.
