Paul Dodd and Joc Dodd took the 1st V50 prizes.
Dodd said “I had a good run today. I was very happy to get under 37mins again and gain the 1st V50 place for 4th time this year. The course is not easy and any one who managed a PB did really well. Conditions were a little breezy and this took the sting off the pace on the way back into Devizes, but it was a good temperature. The race was very well organised and marshalled, and the results were up around 3pm - well done Devizes! The winner's times were awesome - both 1st and 2nd getting under 32 mins. “
Race winner was Simon Plummer (31:09) of Woodford Green just holding off martin Cox (31:11) of the Innov-8 team. First lady was Penny Armand-Smith in 44:05. There were 276 finishers.
