Strong runs down the wings by Sian Perham and Non Roberts provided early chances, while the home defence frustrated the visiting attack.

With half time approaching they increased their lead when Sian Perham’s chipped cross was carried back across the goalline by the Bath goalkeeper, who had the ball stuck in her leg guard.
Home goalkeeper Sian Rhys-Price made some timely saves to keep her side ahead in teh second half before a deflected strike halved Bath’s deficit.
