JAMIE Amor made home advantage count as he joined a select club by winning the Wiltshire Boys Championship for a third time at Marlborough Golf Club.

Amor carded rounds of 75 and 73 to become only the second player ever to win the Championship on three occasions after Gary Harris achieved the same feat in the 1990s.

Amor's wins at Upavon in 2012 and Tidworth in 2014 sandwiched brother Ben's win at Cumberwell in 2013.

He held his nerve after a shaky start took him to three over par after five holes but birdies at 7, 8, 9 and 11 got him back on track and he held on for a two-shot triumph.

Wrag Barn's Kyle Campbell (Wrag Barn) took the nett prize with scores of 64-65 off his 12 handicap.

Twelve year old Dom Walter (Cumberwell Park) finished in a tie for second place with two gross scores of 75, together with Dominic Burgess (Salisbury & South Wilts) who also shot two 75's.
