Superb Joe Hughes claimed his fifth national title after winning the NACYP championship on Friday.
The Malmesbury ABC boxer beat Tommy Langford on points at Chelsea's Stamford Bridge with an impressive display.
Hughes had been criticised by coach Tony Stannard for a lacklustre performance in his semi final win over Adam Evans but he returned to form against Langford.
The 17-year-old from Foxley set the pace with a sickening left jab on Langford, just seconds in.
Well on top after the first round, Hughes started scoring freely with right and left combinations, leaving Langford reeling.
Northern champion Langford rallied in the third, landing a couple of body punches, but Hughes hit him with a crunching left which sent his opponent staggering across the ring.

In the fourth the former Malmesbury pupil was clear and created more opportunities with left hooks to the body and head to take the victory.
