CAPTAIN Dan Watson declared Saturday's win as the best performance of the season.
Winning the toss and electing to bat, Marshfield didn't start well and lost opener Dave Jenkins (1).
However, Russell Lodge (71) top scored for the visitors with the middle order of Rupert Crockett (32) and James Williams (37) helping their side along.
Watson said: "It was a great team performance, a few times this season two or three players have got the runs but this time everyone chipped in.
"It was probably our best performance, which is pleasing because Redmarley are a good side."
Despite having fewer points than second place Rockhampton, Watson's side have a better average, keeping them just in front.
Jim Creed (5-30), Ben White (3-16), Matt Watson (1-14) and Thomas Lamb (1-24) took the Redmarley wickets as they were dismissed for 118.
Marshfield play Marlborough's conquerors Kingsholm on Saturday looking to extend their lead at the top.
Watson said: "Hopefully we can stay here now as everyone is enjoying their cricket at the moment."
