The Wiltshire Gazette and Herald:

ONE TO WATCH: Michael Bostwick

Adding Football League experience to their squad was a key objective for Lincoln Town on the back of their promotion as National League champions, and Michael Bostwick gives just that.

The 29-year-old midfielder has made well in excess of 300 appearances in the professional game over the past seven seasons at Stevenage and then Peterborough United, including playing as high as the Championship with the Posh back in the 2012-13 campaign.

He swapped London Road for the Imps over the summer and has started all 13 league matches for his new club since.

Bostwick knows exactly what it takes to make the step up from non-league to League Two, having helped Stevenage win promotion out of the Conference in 2009-10.

KEY BATTLE: Luke Norris v Sean Raggatt

SO impressive was Sean Raggatt during Lincoln City’s march to the National League title last season that Norwich City moved to snap up the central defender and bring him to the Championship.

The Canaries shelled out £250,000 for the 24-year-old, although he was swiftly sent back on loan to the Imps in order to gain more experience in the Football League.

Town striker Luke Norris will have his work cut out to get any change out of Raggatt this evening, although the striker remains the home side’s most potent goal threat and moved joint top of the League Two scoring charts after his penalty at Mansfield Town at the weekend.
