SWINDON Town head coach Luke Williams believes his side don’t need any motivation as they head to the Macron Stadium today.

Swindon face a tough test in the shape of Phil Parkinson’s Bolton Wanderers, who are currently third in League One.

Despite the tall order, Williams remains in good spirits and is hopeful his side will be able to come away with a result. “We are really excited about every game, we are so positive because we know that things can change in football so very quickly,” said Williams.

“We are trying every day, we are ambitious and we are working hard so we certainly won’t need any extra motivation for this one.

“It’s a good stadium with a big team that have been at the very top recently so everyone will be pumped for this one.

“They’re a strong team and they’re on form, but, we ourselves won five in six last season and then had a spell where you feel like you can’t get a win.

“It changes very quickly. One minute you feel invincible and the next you feel desperate.

“We will go there and be really positive from the beginning and try to stamp our authority to come back with the points."

In the reverse fixture back in October, Swindon were unlucky not to claim at least a share of the spolis as they held the former Premier League side for the majority of the game.

However, an 86th minute own goal from defender Brandon Ormonde-Ottewill handed Bolton the lead, before Raphael Branco was given a straight red card in injury time.

This time around Town will also be boosted by the arrival of Ben Gladwin, Charlie Colkett, Fankaty Dabo and Islam Feruz.

However, they could still be without captain Nathan Thompson who continues to struggle with a foot injury.
