SWINDON Wildcats will be raising funds for Movember at tomorrow’s clash with Telford Tigers.

The EPL side are hoping as many fans as possible will donate to the team in their bid to help raise awareness of men’s health.

As with 2014, forward Adam Harding has been leading this year’s Wildcats efforts and he’s been joined by Jordan Hedley, Stevie Whitfield, Sam Bullas, Corey McEwen and Carlo Finucci – all of whom are competing to have the most amount of facial hair by the end of November.

“We’ve got more of the boys involved this season so we hope Wildcats fans will help us to beat last season’s total,” Harding said. “We’d like to thank everyone who has already made a donation – especially Paul Norbury, from Cardwave, who have made an amazing donation of £100.

“We know not everybody can spare as much, especially at this time of year, so we’re really thankful to everyone who donates – no matter how small as it all gets added to the total.”

There will be collectors at the game and there will also be a special prize on offer for the supporter with the best mo, who will be invited on to the ice at the end of the game to have their picture taken with the whole team.

To help celebrate the occasion, the Cats also have an exclusive 'moster' in each game day magazine featuring the guys involved. All of the players involved in the fundraising effort will be on the first floor concourse after the game too – so don’t forget to take your 'moster' along and get it signed – or just grab a selfie with the guys!
