FOOTBALL: Wet weather set to eat into New Year games
2:34pm Monday 31st December 2012 in Wiltshire Sport
THE wet winter weather has already begun to carve through the local football schedule once again.
In the Toolstation League Premier Division, Melksham Town's home clash with Bristol Manor Farm will be subject to an 11am pitch inspection tomorrow but in the First Division, Bradford Town's meeting with Cribbs Friends Life, Westbury United's game at Shrewton United and Devizes Town's trip to Oldland Abbotonians have already been called off.
Warminster Town's clash with Shepton Mallet was also called off this afternoon, while Calne Town have the best chance of being in action on New Year's Day as they visit Keynsham Town's artificial pitch.
