THERE was penalty hearbreak for Devizes Town last night as they were knocked out of the Wiltshire Senior Cup depite pushing Sydenhams League giants Downton all the way.
Steve Bush put Mark Love's side ahead but the visitors, who are top of their league, hit back as the scores were level after 120 minutes.
Steve Bunting hit the mark from the spot for Devizes but was the only Town player on target in the shootout as Love's men got no reward for their hard work.
Devizes travel to Welton Rovers in the Toolstation League First Division tomorrow.
