MARLBOROUGH & District Junior Athletics Club wrapped up the season with the club championship and trophy presentation.

As well as the Quad Kids format multi-event which included 100m, Vortex throw, long jump and 800m at the Marlborough College track, club chairman Fiona Edington presented the prizes.

The overall club champion was Callum Short, fresh from competing in the England Athletics U17 Age Group National Championships in the 400m hurdles.

The Cup for services to the club went to the club’s sole U20 athlete, Tom Delaney, with the Family Cup won by the husband and wife coaching team of Duncan Short and Vanya Body
