THERE was disappointment for Rachel Williams' Welsh relay team as they were disqualified from the 4x200m freestyle relay final at the Commonwealth Games tonight.
Melksham swimmer Williams swam the third leg but the Wales quarter picked up a penalty and their time was invalidated at the Tollcross International Swimming Centre.
Team Bath athlete Williams, who has already competed in the women's 200m freestyle and 100m backstroke at Glasgow 2014, will also be in action in the 200m backstroke and 200m individual medley tomorrow.
