DIVISION THREE PREVIEW: Top spot up for grabs

With Third Division table toppers Fortune Inn without a game this weekend, it means that the number one spot is up for grabs.
PSC Galaxy will be favourites to reach the summit when they host a Talbot side who have two points to their name this term.
Talbot caused an upset when they beat local rivals North Star A last weekend, but if Vic Long’s side are to cause an upset, they will have to be at their very best as Galaxy have won all their previous 22 games and they should keep that total ticking over with another victory.
For a third week running Corsham Park Rangers are set to face a Calne based side.
After facing both North Star A and B with mixed results in the last two weeks, Rangers host Bremhill View Boys.
Gary Marshall’s side have yet to lose to their hosts but that could change this Sunday as Rangers have been in good form this season and a win is most definitely on the cards.
Third in the table FC Buscots are ready to pounce should Galaxy slip up but the visit to Nurstead Road by Christian Malford may not be as straightforward as they may expect it to be.
Malford, who have yet to get a point this season, gave a good account of themselves last weekend in their cup clash Prestige Bodyworks and if the villages can pick up where they left off from they will have a good chance of getting at least a point from a game Buscots will be expecting to win.
Pack Horse Rangers and North Star B go in search of their first points of the campaign when the sides lock horns at Stanley Park.
The Star, with no win in three, suffered a cup humiliation last weekend, losing 17-4 to Corsham Park, while Pack Horse were unable to raise a team for their cup clash.
It would be fair to say that both teams are struggling at the moment which makes this a hard one to call, but should they get 11 players on the park, then Pack Horse will be slight favourites to win.
