DIVISION TWO: Kings Arms win at third attempt

IT WAS third time lucky for Kings Arms (All Cannings) in the league as Jim Wilson’s side claimed their first win in Division Two since gaining promotion at the end of last season.

Wilson’s warriors defeated Miller Sports 6-2 and it brought an abrupt end to Miller's fine start after recent victories over Southwick Wanderers and Prestige Bodyworks.

Simon Drewitt and Shaun Jefferies shared Kings Arms goals with three apiece.

Miller will claim the had the better of the second period as they scored twice to their opponents once but goals from Robert Biggs and Nick Groves were just consolations as the damage was done in the first 45 minutes.
