BIDDESTONE Social will begin their bid for a third consecutive Chippenham Sunday League Premier Division title this weekend.

Social begin their defence by hosting newly-promoted FC Brunel, while Knock Out Cup champions Bug & Spider host AFC Melksham.

FC Colerne will hope to extend their run of 15 unbeaten league matches when they face last term’s WG Parr Trophy winners AFC Calne.

Newly-promoted FC Jager, who have added former Chippenham keeper Steve Perrin, make the short trip to Semington Rovers.

Corsham United have signed plenty of firepower and they entertain North Star A in Division One.

Lance Davis has returned to take charge of Bradford Renegades and his side clash with fierce rivals Bromham.

The pick of the day in the division is between Castle FC and Prestige Bodyworks.

New boys Steeple Ashton Rangers host Biddestone White Horse who have picked up five former Box Rovers players.

At Meadow Lane, Westbury Rangers B take on FC Boroughs.

Staverton have won back-to-back titles and are hot favourites for Division Two, their opening day opponents being White Horse FC.

Southwick Wanderers have brought in a clutch of new players in Matt Minnis, Bradley King-Taylor and Ryan Underwood ahead of their trip to GRFC.

Top scorer Shaun Jefferies is absent for Kings Arms’ game against Sutton Benger, but former Green Bell hit man Simon Drewitt should be an able replacement.

Melksham-based Pig & Whistle United B take on visitors Old Road FC, who have changed their name from Spartans FC.

Sportzcoach Dragonz United and Crossblades FC meet at Stanley Park while FC North Wiltshire clash with newcomers Worton & Cheverell.
