CHIPPENHAM SUNDAY LEAGUE DIVISION ONE PREVIEW: Renegades need one win to clinch title

BRADFORD Renegades already have one hand on the Division One winners trophy and if they can beat FC Boroughs at their Poulton base this weekend, Lance Davis' side will be crowed champions which will go some way to make up for their Knockout Cup semi-final exit last Sunday.

Renegades have won all 11 games to date which includes a 3-1 triumph over their guests a month ago, and if the hosts get it right again then the title should be theirs.

However Boroughs could prove to be temporary party poopers, leaving the champagne on ice for a couple more weeks.

A dip in form for Biddestone White Horse has come at the wrong time, no victory in four games has come at the wrong time for the villagers, who will be hoping they can end their barren run with a victory over Corsham United ahead of the Knockout Cup semi-final date with Biddestone Social.

White Horse won the reverse fixture 3-1 so they have every chance of a return to winning ways but they will have to work really hard for anything they get from the game as Corsham are looking for a first win in three.
