MID WILTS YOUTH LEAGUE: AFC Calne sealed second spot in the U14 Red Division with a 4-0 win at Castle Combe Colts on Sunday.
Aaron Hopwood gave them the lead at the break. Two second half goals from Sam Paget made it 3-0 before a well taken penalty from Josh Dolman finished off the game at 4-0.
Calne were only defeated twice in the league all season and recently won a Fair Play award from Ray Clemence on their Easter tour to Brixham, where they returned undefeated in third place.
Champions Melksham Park Youth won 5-1 at home against Trowbridge Town 2nds thanks to goals from Josh Williams (3), Lawrence Burns and Ben Forester.
Aaron Robson scored the only goal of the game giving Amesbury Juniors the points against visitors FC Chippenham 2nds.
FC Chippenham won the derby against Chippenham Town thanks to a fine solo effort from Josh Madle five minutes from time.
Clever footwork from Miles Burton provided a cross for Cameron Fisher to steer into the goal with his left foot. before Town replied with an outstanding goal from 20 yards.
Melksham Town won 4-1 away to Team Bath Arsenal.
A hat-trick from Ollie Dean and one from James Catlin gave home side AFC Corsham Jaguars a 4-0 win against Melksham Park Youth.
WHITE Horse Juniors Sparks claimed this season's title after running out 3-1 winners at Trowbridge Town Youth Jaguars. Harry Bradford and Jemima Gover (2) scored for White Horse.
HOME side Worton and Cheverell took the lead against White Horse Gems late in the first half with goals by Kieran Dickinson and Ethan Hyslop.
Five goals were scored in the first ten minutes of the second half with Jordan Wildman scoring a well deserved hat trick and White Horse Gems pulling two goals back. Sam Jones scored for Worton with Josh Gingell finishing his best performance of the season with another goal for the visitors.
MELKSHAM Town Youth saw their championship hopes dented in the first of their two championship deciders against fellow contenders Amesbury Juniors, Home side Amesbury had the edge, earning a narrow 3-2 victory. Harry Beckley (2) and Jack Smith scored for Amesbury. The game left both sides level on points.
Melksham went into their second game against Amesbury knowing that a draw would seal the title, and they gave a superb team performance to lead 3-0 at half time.
After the break both sides had chances, leading to a fourth for Melksham with a consolation goal for the visitors. Melksham saw goals from Luke Whittard and a hat-trick from Charlie Austin.
After a bumpy start to their season, Trowbridge Town Youth finished their season on a high running out 6-2 winners at Devizes Town Youth.
Jack Rutty and Rory Worthington scored for Trowbridge.
HOSTS AFC Corsham and Castle Combe Colts played their match in good spirit with Corsham making their chances count to win 6-1.
Corsham, unbeaten in the second half of the season, saw goals from Barnes (2), his first a 20 yard screamer, Danter, Bray Roberts and Richer. Toby Wells scored for Castle Combe with Josh Thompson named as their man of the match.
In their penultimate game AFC Corsham played host to Trowbridge Wanderers knowing a win would seal the title.
Trowbridge two goals in quick succession in the first 20 minutes..
But Corsham fought back with goals from Danter and a Barnes double to seal the championship.
Bradford took an early lead against visitors Derry Hill United with goals from Dan Bright and Sam Pugh. Derry Hill fought back to lead 3-2 before Bright (2) and Tom Arthur won it for Bradford.
IT'S all still to play for in this division after FC Chippenham won 2-0 against Westbury Youth. Jaden Dearth gave Chippenham a 1-0 lead at the break with Steve Hayes netting their second.
Midweek, Amesbury Junior Lions claimed all the points with a 4-1 win against Warminster Juniors with goals from Conner Cutler (2), James Bolton and Matt Walsh.
Amesbury also claimed the points with a convincing 9-0 away win against Bradford Town Youth with goals from Josh Whitemond, Bolton (2) and hat-tricks for Cutler and Walsh.
Division leaders Worton and Cheverell extended their lead to three points after winning 2-0 away to Malmesbury Youth.
CHIPPENHAM Town Youth took on a very good Bradford team and matched them in all departments.
Bradford's class eventually showed through as they took a 2-0 lead. Chippenham Town never gave up and got a goal back which was expertly finished by James Pritchard.
Bradford extended the lead to 4-1 with well taken goals. Pritchard, Chippenham's top scorer, hit another superb finish to make it 4-2.
WESTBURY Youth won 3-1at home to Trowbridge Town Youth to seal runners up spot.
BRADFORD Town Youth won 5-1 at home to FC Chippenham 2nds with goals from Gabriel Nathan (4) and Ben Sessions.
Two goals from Lewis Heathcote saw Melksham Park Youth 2nds secure a 2-0 win at Derry Hill United.
CHAMPIONS Trowbridge Town Youth rounded off their season with a 3-1 home win against Castle Combe Colts. Jamie Jordan (2) and Luke Fisher scored for Trowbridge.
The game was too close to call until Bradford's Tom Giles went through the middle to score five minutes before half time against FC Chippenham, and again within 30 seconds of the restart. Then Bradford added a third through Tom Chapman. Giles scored his hat-trick by keeping his cool. A determined Chippenham got back into the game and were rewarded by a well taken goal. Bradford quickly replied with two more from Chaz Elton and Chris Tonkiss to finish 6 - 1 winners.
Trowbridge Wanderers move up to fourth in the table after winning 4-1 at home against Pewsey Vale. Dean Matherson (2) and Ronnie Frost scored for Wanderers.
AFC Corsham took the lead in their away game against Castle Combe Colts but a goal from Tommy Ocain brought the sides level before the break. Tom Flynn gave Combe the lead before Ocain made it 3-1. A late goal from Corsham made the final minutes tense but Combe held out for the victory.
Amesbury Juniors 2nds move off the bottom of the table after running out 6-2 winners away to White Horse Juniors. John Summers scored both goals for White Horse.
In their mid week encounter Chippenham Town Youth beat local rivals FC Chippenham 4-0 with goals from Craig Fisher and a hat trick from Liam Brown. In the return game Chippenham Town also ran out 4-0 winners with goals from Glynn Stutt, Liam Brown, Craig Fisher and Joe White. Both games left Chippenham Town level on points with second place Trowbridge Town but with a better goal average giving them this seasons Championship title.
Melksham Park finished their season in runners up slot on goal difference after winning 2-1 at home to Salisbury United. Kane Udah and Luke Wooldridge scored for Park, Lloyd Jolliffe replying for United.
Division Champions Melksham Town Youth won 7-2 at home to Pewsey Vale with goals from Rob Manning (2), Jack Adcock, Mike Smith (2), Liam Richards and Ross Manghini.
In the last home game of the season Worton & Cheverell took the lead against Castle Combe Colts. The second half saw an equaliser for Castle Combe through a defensive error but only to be trumped again by Worton with Jake Flower scoring his second for the home team. Combe then produced the 'goal of the match' with a long range shot into the goal by Michael Finch for a final score of 2-2.
The line up for next weekends League Cup Finals at Melksham Town was completed at the weekend with Westbury Youth securing their place in the under 17s Friday night final after winning 2-0 winners Salisbury City.
