DEVIZES will head into Saturday's match at Bridgwater without new signing Nick Mooney.
The 31-year-old striker rejoined the club from Melksham last week, but is away at the weekend.
However, Mooney did get a run out in the reserves' 1-0 win at home to Marlborough on Saturday.
Danny Sloan's 25-yard strike in the first half settled the game.
Mooney was also joined by fellow forward Jamie Mullings, 20, for the match. Manager Nathan Sheridan said: "Unfortunately, Nick's not available, he's got plans he's already made to go to Cambridge, but he had a run out for the reserves, got through the game and looked fit."
Sheridan, who was at Nursteed Road to watch Saturday's game, said some other players had caught the eye too.
"It's given me a bit of food for thought," he said. "Two or three of the lads are doing really well and it gives me a selection headache, which is really good at this stage."
Sheridan said he expects a difficult game at the weekend, but said confidence is high on the back of their 1-0 win against Bishop Sutton last week.
"There's no doubting it will be a tough game at Bridgwater, but we're still thriving off the confidence of our last victory," he said.
"We're not going to go down there and defend for 90 minutes. The best way to go out is to try and attack them."
A late decision will be made on midfielder Steve Bush, who is suffering from a back injury.
