Toolstation Premier Division:CORSHAM Town manager Colin Bush admitted he is frustrated with how his league fixtures have panned out this season.
By the time Corsham play Radstock on January 14, Bush's side will have gone seven weeks without a Saturday game.
Bush, pictured, said he did not know who was responsible for his side's fixture list but admitted concern, adding he was worried how his team would play against Devizes Town last night, 18 days since their previous match. He also fears a fixture back-log at the end of the season.
He said: "We are now going to have to hit the ground running like it is the start of the season again.
"This is not the ideal preparation for us, especially with a number of derby games.
"We are in the depth of the season now and we obviously had a little problem with Exmouth last week, when we should have played them. We have been going well and on the back of six wins, but I do not know how the team will perform in the next few games."
Bush said he hoped his players would not lose interest due to the lack of Saturday matches.
"Saturday is football day," said the Corsham chief. "I hope the players don't lose interest as we don't pay them enough to train on a Saturday. We have played a few in the reserve games but we are desperate to get a rhythm again."
