Football: Graham Learmonth isn't worried about the lack of transfer activity at Corsham Town as he feels they still have time to sign new men.
New Melksham recruits Ryan Trowbridge and Kris Beasley, Calne skipper Steve Casey - who is training with Chippenham - and Frome new boy Leigh Burke were all targets for manager Mel Gingell.
But, despite missing out on their A-list, Corsham assistant Learmonth believes they can still attract a few more faces to the Southbank.
"Players tend to train at three or four clubs and they don't really commit themselves, which I find odd," he said.
"The days are gone when you turned up to an club and you signed.
"Hopefully we can get a couple more but I can't really say too much."
Corsham have also lost Ross Lye and Matt Windle, who are training with Chippenham Town and Yate Town respectively.
Only former Trowbridge striker Booker Woodford has signed for Corsham so far.
Corsham start their pre-season fixtures with a trip to Cornish outfit Saltash United on Saturday, July 19.
They start their Toolstation League Premier Division campaign with a home game against Chard Town on Saturday, August 9.
