Aldbourne boss Mike Hartley was delighted after seeing his side beat visitors Devizes Town 4-0.
All the goals came in the first half from Ashley Channing, Shawn Farrell, Chris Hawkins and Ashley Gooch.
"In patches it was probably the best we have played all season," said Hartley. "The lads took their chances well and could have scored a few more."
After two successive defeats Wroughton got back on the winning trail when they defeated visitors Bradford Town 2-0 at the Weir Field.
Wroughton took the lead midway through the half with a well worked goal, Chris Rivers crossing for John Dart to find the net with a neat header.
Soon after the start of the second half a long clearance by home keeper Curtis Sharkey fell to Craig Roberts who chipped the ball over the Bradford keeper's head to give the home side a second.
Wroughton then shut up shop and defended their lead well much to the relief of manager Mark Love who said: "The boys did well. We were better organised this week and fought well and we certainly needed the victory to get the heads up again after our two defeats."
Bottom club Purton picked up another valuable point following a 1-1 draw with visitors Melksham Town.
Dave Gibbons gave the Red House side the lead with a good header but a second-half strike by Emilo Menghini denied the home side all three points.
New College were forced to pull out all the stops at Shrewton before a lively second half display saw them run out 3-0 winners.
Central defender Dan Wilson put the Swindon side in front, heading in from a corner and shortly after Tom Cadden added a second with a low shot into the bottom corner of the net.
In the closing stages the College were awarded a penalty for hand ball and Scott Campbell, in his farewell appearance for the club, scored from the spot.
Westside boss Mark Simpkins said his side were awful in the first 45 minutes against Westbury United and came in at the break three goals adrift.
The home side looked a different outfit after the break but could only manage to pull one goal back courtesy of new signing Gavin Allen on his debut for the club.
Simpkins said: "We can't afford to give teams a three-goal start and then start playing. We were never in the game in the first half."
Calne Town continue to lead the section following their 1-0 win over visitors Malmesbury Vics, Nick Oram netting on the stroke of half-time.
Bromham continued their good start with a 3-1 win at Marlborough thanks to two first-half goals from Jamie Young, one a cracking 30-yarder. After the break Tom Pang added a third and Dean Hughes netted a consolation for the home side in the closing stages.
Division One leaders Minety kept their unbeaten record intact with a 4-0 away victory over Abbey Rodbourne with two goals from Andy Mitchell and one from Ashley Williams on his first start plus a penalty from Terry Dearing.
Steve Winchcombe scored four goals for AFC Rodbourne in their 5-1 win over Lower Stratton Luke Panter adding a fifth.
Stratton Juniors beat AFC Castrol 3-0 thanks to two goals from Arran Maximum and one from James McLaughlan.
AFC Stratton NALGO beat Wroughton Reserves 2-1, Shane Hibbert scoring both goals for Stratton and Rick Casey missing from the spot.
Blunsdon United and Pinehurst shared the points in a 2-2 draw, John Le Strange and Ian Bell for the home side and Roger Mundy and Shane Brennan for Pinehurst.
Blyskawica were the section's highest scores with a 6-2 away win over Castle Combe, Darren Kyle (2), Miec Wojewodka, Tom Kopinsky , James Toomey and an own goal for the visitors.
Shock result of the day was the victory of Intel over league leaders Swindon APS Tom Collister scoring the all-important goal to inflict the first defeat of the season on the leaders.
Dan Smith and Geoff Bonner scored for Chalke Valley in their 2-1 win against Marlborough, Simon Cripps netting for the visitors and Mark Wright (2), Tristan Winter and Craig Eccleston were on target for Blunsdon Reserves who beat Minety Reserves 4-1.
The game between Dynamo CDR and Swindon Irons was abandoned after 40 minutes after Irons keeper Ricky Wyatt was injured in a collision with one of his own defenders.
Wyatt was released from Swindon's Great Western Hospital on Sunday morning. He had suffered severe concussion and a badly bruised chest.
In the second round of the Fountain Trophies' Junior Cup Chippenham beat Westlecott in a penalty shootout after the sides finished all square on two goals each after extra time. Joe Forrester and Matt Pike for the home side and Andy King and Paul Morrell for Westlecott.
KCFC also reached the third round of the competition beating Aldbourne Reserves 7-0. John Wilks (3), Dave Levitt (2) Dan Cosway and Dave Slattery doing the damage.
