WILTSHIRE Regional Talent Centre travelled across Europe over the Easter weekend to compete in the Easter Cup in Holland, taking 30 players from different areas of the county to compete against Elite Teams from all over the world, including South Africa, Germany, Spain, France, Holland and England.
The players created special memories along the way, playing against an FC Barcelona development team, and the U12 team running out eventual winners of the A Class tournament.
They triumphed 3-1 in the final against Dutch team SV Houten, with goals coming from the tournament’s top goal scorer, Ryan Griffiths, as well as Max Spiller and Ollie Paris.
Wiltshire Regional Talent Centre offer weekly coaching sessions run by UEFA and FA qualified coaches and play regular games in the Junior Premier League for players ranging from U6 to U13 level.
