Sunday League secretary wanted

THE Chippenham and District Sunday Football League requires a person to take on the duties of league secretary.

The league, which consists of a maximum of 65 teams in five divisions, has just completed its' 40th season.

The duties of the league secretary are not onerous as many of them are usually shared amongst the other officers of the management committee.

Previous experience or knowledge of football administration would be an advantage but every assistance would be available to any person appointed.

The league has also come to the end of a three year sponsorship deal and is actively seeking a new sponsor. Enquiries and details available on 01225 760412.

The league's annual meeting and presentation night is to be held at the Gladstone Liberal Club, Chippenham on Wednesday June 27. Doors open at 6.30pm.
