St MARY'S Steeple Ashton was the venue for the only second division fixture of the weekend as The Stiffs hosted Melksham Town B.
It the visitors who took the points thanks to a 7-0 victory over a depleted Stiffs outfit for whom manager Ade Giles made a cameo appearance.
Melksham led 2-0 at the break with Kai Bush scoring both the goals.
The second half saw Bush take his tally for the game to four with a further two goals. Owen Pearce, Dan Walker and Tom Corke, on his debut, shared the others.
