CORSHAM Town have confirmed Graham Learmonth as their new manager.
The former Biddestone boss takes control at the Southbank following Colin Bush's departure almost two weeks ago.
Learmonth was out of a job after Toolstation Division One outfit Biddestone folded.
Chairman John Gingell said: "We are delighted to get our man, Graham was top of a shortlist that the committee drew up after the sudden departure of Colin Bush.
"The problems at Biddestone last week only made it easier to convince Graham to accept the position."
Gingell hopes players like Toby Colbourne and Scott Lye, who have both admitted to wanting to play in a higher league, will give Learmonth a chance to prove himself to them.
"We felt it was essential to find the right man for the job quickly before our existing players started looking elsewhere," he said.
"They're a great bunch of lads and it would be a shame to see them playing for another Western League club after all their achievements at Corsham.
"If they wanted to play Southern League football or above we would encourage them to progress and help them in anyway we could."
